Start 10 will not install again

I downloaded  Start 10 trial and worked fine until the trial expired early. I uninstalled Start 10 and a few days later, I purchased a product key for Start 10. Every time I tried to install it tells me to reboot to remove the old Start 10 that I already removed.

I am unable to attach the screenshot of the start10 error message.


Start10 is not running and is not installed. There is no Start 10 in Stardock program folder.

Update:  I got it fixed. I had to remove the folder containing Start10 in the program listing and program data folder. rebooted and went online to your website and downloaded the Start 10 installer.
