CTD when clearing cued up contructors.

I sent in a save game on this particular game. Now I am further along and I CTD strait up if I go into <any> shipyard and clear any cued up constructors. 

 

This game has a ticket on it and it was for no Ideology events after 44 Colonies.

I had this happen once. CTD When i cancelled a constructor for a culture ring module.

If the CTD reproduces in your later game, I would love to get my hands on the save game.  Can you submit a new ticket with the later save game?
