Activation Issue and Extremely Slow Support from Stardock
Does anyone know how to reset the activations on a Start8 License server - we regularly reimage our devices (700 + of them) due to their nature being in classrooms. WE also replace some 200 or so a year but the Start8 Activation server, on which we have 750 licenses, will not release the licenses from disposed of workstations, any ideas?
I've tried emailing support and have a ticket open - its been open for 2 days and no-one has even bothered assigning it to anyone. Not sure if Stardock have an internal SLA but its pretty shocking for an "Enterprise" piece of software...
