How to change Windows 10 Start Button Icon?

I am having trouble changing the icon of the Start button. I have done it before but when I try it again and I see "What should the start button look like?" and below has a black box that has "Use WindowsBlinds button", I click on it but it doesn't open, as if it's locked or something. Can anyone help me?

If you are using WindowBlinds then the default is to use the WindowBlinds button.

There is a setting in WindowBlinds settings page to always use the OS start button.  If you enable that it will use the Start10 settings (you will need to reopen Start10 configuration once you change and apply the WB setting.
