Update Info

Presently playing version 1.16 of Sins Game of the Year Edition.

I'd like to update it to the next level but have not ben able.

Tried the Stardock site. Could not find an update for Sins.

Tried using "Impulse" by registering as a new account and used the registration code from my Sins package. Was unable to proceed .

Tried using the "Impulse" format as a registered user, using my Stardock log in. Said I didn't have an account.

If anyone could help me in updating this Sim I would be most appreciative.

Ok..

Tried again. This time I got as far as the EULA. Punched the go button and received the message:

An error has occurred, please try again. If you still can't be connected, please contact customer support.

Which is what I'm going to try to do.

Thank you for your help Island Dog.

Used your web address and tried four times prior.

Keep getting the message: "Cross site request forgery detected. Please try again."

I don't get it. My Eset antivirus is always up to date. Crossed all the T's and dotted all the I's.

You have to create a new login for the support system. It's not the same as your Stardock account.

Ok- When I use the link that you gave me, there is a "Log In" and "Subscribe" combination tab in the upper left hand corner.

Which one do I use?

Just go through the steps under 'Submit a ticket', and it'll take you through the process.

Tried to log in under different name on the same screen got the same thing.
