Start10 Universal Applications App launching problem

I often will go into the Universal Applications folder to launch an app. Recently I noticed after a Windows 10 update I lost the ability to launch the Twitter app. When I click on it the screen flashes as if it tries to open it and nothing happens. I have repeated it on other PCs and I am able to launch the Twitter app from other locations. Any suggestions for how to repair this shortcut?

Can you launch it from the Windows 10 menu if you access that?

Yes, I can launch it from the regular Windows 10 menu in the "All Apps" listing.
