DeskSpace 8 - setup prob/error

I'm getting an error everytime i tried to install or setup the software - 

 

It gives me "Unable to connect to activation server. please check your internet connection and try again"
but i have internet,i download it,and still get this error...

 

what the hell!?!?!? 

 

P.S - please answer me NOW and not in 3 thousand years

First off, It's DeskScapes, not Deskspace, secondly, being rude and demanding won't gain any points and will result in less forum help, not more. These forums are mostly occupied by users of SD software and isn't the preferred way of contacting support.

 I'd try installing/activating with all Antivirus/antimalware apps disabled first. if that doesn't help, you'll need to contact support via email.....and try a little patience.

You won't see their answer in the forums if you made a support ticket. You should have received an email as I.D. has stated that your ticket was answered. Check your spam folder if you aren't seeing it.

I've been searching everyday and nothing

not by email, not by ticket, not even here!

 

I don't get a simple answer to WTF this bug is, and why no one can help me with that!

 

I tried download without antivirus open...closed everything and still giving me this error/ prob/ bug
Tried AGAIN and nothing!!!!

So if no one knows this error or can help SAY IT! don't let me wait like a total moron for you
you supposed to be a SUPPORT FORUM  - SO BE ONE!
THEY SUPPOSED TO BE A TECH SUPPORT - SO THEY SHOULD BE ONE!
