Universal Apps - Double Entry

Notice that i have a couple of universal apps which are duplicated in the Start\All Programs\Universal Applications\ menu - there is no option to delete. How can i tidy this up ?

I've got a bit of a different issue:

It seems that Universal Apps that you are or have been signed into, do not stay pinned to the 'Start10' Menu!

Still testing scenarios out, but it seems peculiar.

I had to do an inplace reinstall of windows 10, keeping all apps and user files (which went very well !!). I have 4 universal apps from the windows store - Facebook, Twitter, Netflix and Wunderlist. The double entries were Twitter and Wunderlist
