Assassin 'Rain of Arrows" ability broken?

I got a new hero who was a level 9 assassin and in her traits it shows 'rain of arrows' but in battles it doesn't show up when i click on skills for her (i've equipped her with a bow)

might require a certain stamina level before it is usable?

But it would show up but dimmed and unusable if it was that - it doesn't show up at all.

Just realised it's showing an area of effect whenever i target to fire with her , so maybe it is working and a passive ability

I didn't when i was looking at that ability in that game - i do now
