Start10 not... doing anything

I was using Start8. I upgraded to Windows 10 and I just bought and installed Start 10.

I went to the Start10 config panel and left most of the options unchanged. I selected a new Start menu icon. There is no "Ok" or "Close" button so I hit the X to exit out.

I looked at the Windows10 Start icon... unchanged. I clicked on it to see the menu... unchanged.

I read the post in this forum with someone having a similar issue, yes I have "Start10" selected in the Control Panel.

Um... how can I make Start10 come up instead of the Windows10 icon and menu, please?

It sounds like the software has not been installed correctly.

I would recommend contacting support via the knowledgebase as they should be able to collect additional information and assist with the problem.
