Extra line bug in Start10 "Modern Mode"

Hello,

I have found a bug in Start10 in modern mode, and is that an annoying extra line appears when moving the cursor over "this PC" to the next listed item.

This is how it looks before moving the cursor:

It's very annoying, is there a way to fix it? If not, is there any chance it will be patched in the future?
