Launch8 in Windows 10X64 not working

I've been reading Stardock specifications for Launch and in Windows 10 x64 Home it only opens Start, although in full screen. Does not do any of its funcionalities.

Is there something can be done or is incompatible although Stardock put it in Windows 10 compatibility list?
