Looking forward to it.

It's been so long since a stream was done that I hope someone will go in early to make sure everything is working.  Also, I think I remember from a stream many, many months ago that the echo that sometimes occurs was found to be caused by Skype running on one or both of the computers, so maybe someone will also make sure it isn't running.

Should I brag about being #3?

@Stardock, will the AI be optimized to exploit the Mercs for warefare against the Player?

Starbases were on the table but seem to be moved back a bit, is there any date in 2016 we can expect to see the Star base changes discussed earlier?

1) Thank you for all the work and support you give the game.

2) Can Mercs use the cash they gain to update their ships to a new design, to stay viable for the end game.

3) Can modders add mercs. - There seems too few for larger, more populated galaxies, or can mercs respawn for rehire as a tickbox option.

4) New Races - Do you plan to keep the number of races released roughly balanced for each ideology.

5) Any news on Steam Getting Shipset, Races and hopefully tech trees bundled together?

I don't have the expansion yet till tomorrow, sorry if any of these are obvious and covered, ignore them if they are.

What changes?  I'd appreciate it if you could give me a summary or a link to the discussion.

Is there any way to upgrade a merc so that they don't become obsolete or are they more like temporary assets?

If I were a playing as a Civ with good ships and limited creds could I blow up the Bazaar to keep my enemies from buying mercs?

Will there be a custom NPC merc available to hire? Like a warship NPC which you hire for certain resources and it asks you what you want to do with it- and does it on auto.

1. When the Mercenary expansion was announced Mercenaries graphics engine was mentioned, what exactly did it add to the game?

2. Are you guys still planning to port the campaigns from GC1 and GC2 to GC3?

3. When will civilization specific tech trading be added?

4. I once suggested a non-culture flip treaty and Paul was open to the idea, will it still be added?

5. Could be made so that you can't see what mercenaries will be available in the Age of War and Age of Ascension?

In the dev stream, they mentioned many people are NOT finishing large map games...  I haven't because I can't, game crashes and is unrecoverable and many tickets from me have been created on this...  That could be part of the problem.

Also seem to not know of any of the issues in multiplayer.  I as well as other multiplayer, players have been vocal about this in forums and with bug reports why are these issues not known?

They're known anecdotally.  However, every time the game crashes, for any reason, we get a report and the crash rates are extremely low overall.  Obviously for people who are experiencing crashes, the sucks.  The best we can do in those cases is work closely with them.

So Steam's crash reporting is now working for 64-bit programs?

Hay seilore, Being the pro that you are i assume you are sending ticket along with the support too file & you have already tried these? (just asking ;) )  Just FYI: Three things helped me  solve 95% crashing on huge-immense maps. 1) Video driver, my graphics - intel 4000.  I had to force the update direct form inetl's driver site because my laptop mfg had a custom ones, but it worked. 2) BIG swap file, mine is now 24G, 3) The biggest impact came from changing the max zoom level in the xml.  Original was 100 and i set it 1400.

Of course I'm sending my ticket information along with support tool.  AMD Video driver is up to date.  Most crashes that I'm experiencing is some type of ship error in the debug files... seems like it get's to a certain number of these and can't recover.

If I was going to buy a ship that would only increase a planets manufacturing like a collective shouldn't it cost like a collective.

Paul couldn't make this stream due to a personal matter. We're hoping to have a stream with him this Friday, but I need to confirm first.
