How to get rid of that little white part ?

Hi everyone,

I don't really like "white" explorer backgrounds though i apply a 20x20 colored .bmp with SkinStudio 8 (running Windows Seven with latest WindowBlinds 8.13) as "Explorer Backgrounds" / Active and Inactive Window and "Sorted Column" Active and Inactive

But many times it keeps a white little part all along from vertical scrollbars like this :

How to get rid of this ?

Looks like that's a part of the frame for that skin...
