8 years ago I had the idea of the "Multi Shortcut Launch" for Object Dock using a batch file, I hope you'll find useful to check

actually if you change the file extension format from .bat to .cmd the applications will start just the same (also if you change again the extension to .bat)
any way which is the application you are trying to start using the .cmd shortcut on the dock ?
