Pulsing Buttons

I have a few skins that have pulsing buttons (fade in and fade out). Are the skins made this way? I'd like to see all my skins have this.

Is there a trick to it?  Maybe in Skin Studio? Please help. Thank you.

Pushbuttons focus state (last image)?

2of3 is correct, the fifth state on the button image is the one that makes it pulse. Some make their skins with the same image there as the first state because they do not like the pulse effect.

I thought that was what he meant but wasn't sure. B)

So, the first and last (let's say of 5 images) need to be different.

Yes. But I wouldn't change the first one. It is the Normal BTN and the one you see first. Usually skinners make most or all the normal buttons the same.

If I'm not mistaken though, the focus state doesn't "pulse" in Windows 8/10.......

Possibly, have not checked that.

Thanks Dave. I have changed only the focus state on another skin and it works.

I have been using the same skin for a few days and all of a sudden, when I bootet up this morning the pulsing has stopped. What do I do now? Still on Win 7 Ultimate x64.

Thanks

I fixed it. Advanced System Settings, visual styles..had the animate controls and elements inside windows unchecked.

Gave it a check and the pulse is working.
