Bought Start10 as a guest - no email, no product but money away

Dear Stardock Team,

 

I wrote you already through the contact form on your website, via Email ([email protected]) and even phoned you right 5 minutes ago.

I bought 3x licenses Start10 for 2 customers with the guest version (without Stardock Account) at 27th december.

Stardock already draw the cash (credit card) but the customers (or myself) did not get an Email from the order and also no keys.

I paid with my own credit card.

But it seems both orders are lost?

Can you please help because I need the licenses for installation.

Please do not post email addresses in a public forum.

You are fully right! Thanks for removing.

Thats the problem - I did not get one. I do not have anything in my hand. I only see that the credit card was balanced.

You will get an automated ticket number that you can post in a comment on this thread.

Ok, perfect. Now I got a ticket number from the system:  #FRO-101-19566

Now I am waiting.......

Alan was sending me email with website to get the keys (again).

Got them all 3 - done :)
