How do you create a menu with Objectdock?

I'm familiar with the program, but I didn't realize that there's a way to create a launch menu. Unless the website is fake, the second screenshot here shows a button on the doc bringing up a menu. If this is real, how can it be done? I've been wanting to do this for a while.

Well well my "StacksAnimated DoublePassion" skins are very near to the 50.000 downloads so many people know what I mean for "Stacks" passion and lovers
