Start8 Not "Sticking"

Hello. I reinstalled Start8 and have had no luck getting the settings to stick. Everytimne I reboot my PC the old, standard windows 8 environment comes back.

Can you assist?

Do you mean the Modern UI shows up when you reboot? Did you have the option set to go to desktop when you get past login?
