Support Tickets How long for an answer ?

I've been waiting for 3 days now for a response to my support ticket.

How long am I expected to wait for a reply.

I'm unable to even finish installing the game without a reply. 

This is VERY!! bad customer service.

Stardock Sales and Support are open Monday - Friday (9am-4pm EST). Every effort is made to respond to queries as quickly as possible, though emails sent after-hours and on weekends will generally not be seen until the following work day.

Depending on the volume of support tickets it can take a couple of days to respond once you have received the auto-generated email with your ticket number.

Note: Tickets are replied to on a first come - first served basis.  If you respond to the auto-generated email without having heard directly from a Support Tech your position in the support queue will be reset.

Please post your ticket number here in a comment for easier tracking.

Unfortunately, as it is now the weekend, you may not hear back from support until Monday morning.

And if you would give a bit more info, maybe someone in these forums can better  assist you. :)

(as in what game, , what OS, what errors, what solutions have you tried so far?)
