Do not contact support until hearing back from a support tech as this will reset your position in the support queue.
I will attempt to make support aware of this first thing in the morning when they return to work.
Thank you for your response, but i sent the support ticket twice and got no answer. I had receive the receipt of PDF, but I didn't receive the product keys till now. So i really don't know what's the next when all of this method failed.

I am very thank for your help, but i didn't receive any information of my problem. I don't know what's wrong with me. Does it not any live-chat software to solve this problem

I've also placed an order on Friday and have not received anything with regards to the key or acknowledgment.
