Can someone tell me HOW

Ok I have bought the Stardock fences for $9.99 or what ever it is and it has been a frigging NIGHTMARE to get it running! I've spent hours trying to make it understand that I have bought it! Can someone help me. It never recognizes my purchase. I have validated my account etc. I am so over it. After all the time I have spent trying to get it working.

Most probably need to uninstall it,then run ccleaner to clear any bits leftover.then go to your stardock purchase page where all your payed apps are re-download it including copying the serial to activate.Before re-installing reboot the comp & re-install.If still no go start a support ticket by email,once you get a confirm of the email & a support number Do not reply or send another until you hear from a rep or you'll get booted to end of the queue
