Founder pack still waiting on transaction, 5 days later

So i placed my order for a founders pack on monday or tuesday this week, and it still hasn't been processed, i never even got a confirmation email. 

 

what's going on? i even called support, and i was instructed to just leave a voicemail...?

 

doesn't seem like anyone's working in the "accepting people's money" department this week?

Really?  Check your spam folder first.

 

Also, go to http://download.stardock.com and see if it's there.

If you encounter an issue placing an order please submit a support ticket ( https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit ). Feel free to post your ticket number here as well so we can be sure your issue is resolved.

There are several reasons your order may not have been received or processed. Without being able to discuss the issue (including possibly personal information) Support cannot track down the problem and get you playing.

Your orders were placed in a queue for review.  It's a fraud protection measure meant to protect our clients from would be identity theft.  In your cases, it would seem they were false positives.  We are sorry for the delay and frustration. 

That said, I manually processed your order, nickadelson, and you should have a confirmation email by now.

r4v1n0, you ordered twice; two different versions.  I'm going to place a ticket for you asking what order you want processed.

resolved! thanks whoever did this!

 

now to try and figure out how DX12 works, is it implemented yet? it seems to be launchable from steam, the DX12 version, but mine says missing exe....
