RPS usually pretty hardcore about pointing out flaws, glad they liked it. High praise for the crafting system as well, which I think is warranted.

That review is why I want to see a new SK in a few years, on a new engine.  The Elemental engine had all sorts of problems.

There are two parts of that review that really stood out as high praise.  The first is that Stardock did something different and did it well.  The second is the effort that went into writing the narrative and characters.
