Adding Additional License Keys

Hello,

I already have a support ticket opened which I have not heard anything from Support:

We just purchased 100 additional Start8 licenses and would like to add them to our existing licenses that we already have. We've currently used up all of our existing licenses. When I go to this URL:

http://Start8.ad.ama-assn.org:3030/Stats/stats.aspx

I get "Webpage is unavailable". Can you please assist?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

The issues was that your replied to your ticket before we were able to.  Doing so resets the activity on the ticket and pushes you farther down in the queue.  This is detailed in your initial auto-response.

That said, I have replied to your ticket.
