How to Update a GalCiv III Custom Race?

Howdy! So as I posted (in the wrong forum... lurked forever on the GalCiv II forums decided to actually post on the III forums...) I made this race- http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=476000827.

First, if you have an suggestions on it please tell me. However, I changed alot of things around and made what I think is much superior- better, more "in universe" traits, Altarian instead of Krynn ship design, among other things. I would really like to update my race on the workshop as I want to show off the best I can do. So anyways, as my title says, how do you update a GalCiv III race on the Workshop?

Once you have made your changes just up-load to the workshop again. It will upload as an up-date and not a new faction.
