Modermix not working with Azure AD pop up

Hi,

I have one app which uses Azure AD for authentication. But i open the using Modern mix and that pop up comes. After successful login nothing happens.

I can click on top left and see the desktop, but on screen there is nothing.

To keep working, i have to first close it and open it again to get it working as i am already a logged in user and that pop doesn't come up.

Need help to fix this.
