Research Treaty and Slave Brokering

when you research the "Research Treaty" you get the trade option "Slave Brokering". Even though PhD students are often treated as slaves, I think this name is highly misleading. Why not just call it, hmm, "Research Treaty" (similar to the Cultural Treaty)? By googleing I found that this has been an issue since the beta, which has not been addressed up to now (patch 1.03). Any reason for this?
