Search not working properly?

I found a bug on Windows 10, so I wanted to mention it using the Windows Feedback universal app.

So I press WinKey and type 'feedback', to get to the app using Start10. Windows Feedback does not appear, although I can see it in the 'Modern UI Applications' flyout menu.

Why is this?
