Greetings Fellow gamers with gobs of RAM (32GB here) and a passion for custom races.

I Jay Master of the Universe spent a few hours this holiday weekend creating some custom races from the cheesiest B-Movies and more respectable storied sci fi from the interwebs. Also contains some races that are not sci-fi just for fun. Customize to your liking. I claim none of this as my own, so you have liscence to do what you want with this. Include in your own pack if you want. I have wrared my constantly growing faction folder for your game playing pleasure. 

Included are 34 custom races with descriptions pics, and a short story line. They do not yet contain the loading storyline but whatever, they are good enough to pick through. Here is a viewing. Also included are dozens more unused pics you can sort though to help create your own custom races. Everything that was in my faction folder is can now be in your faction folder.

This is actually extremely useful for people wanting to populate large galaxies, especially with so many of them!  

I suck at modding ANYTHING into the game for some reason (sorting folders and trying to get GC3 to at least TRY to read '/my games' is surprisingly difficult for me specifically) but I did LOOK at them, and all the serious ones are actually pretty fleshed out and usable.

You are very welcome I created them just for that purpose. Doesn't seem like there are that many varieties on here. I also wanted to have a wide variety of cheeze.

Glad you like this weekend I will be uploading an even larger pack. Probably 45-50 races, and at least twice as many custom foregrounds. I am having trouble locating logos online to compliment the number of races that could be created so if anybody wants to provide a bunch of these from some other project as placeholders that would be great. All help appreciated.

Just a note, foregrounds and backgrounds should be 1920x1080 and Portraits and Logos should be 128x128. If you're resizing images, make sure to maintain aspect ratio. If you want to remove the background for races, Gimp is a great free graphics editor that can do so. They even have a quick tutorial on it here.
