How do I fix off centre Custom Race Images?

Is there a way to change how the Foreground image is show both in the Diplomacy Report screen and the starting screen when you start a game. It seems to just auto-centre on the image but depending on the image used it can look funny.

Example if you use the Brain bug image from Starship troopers I made I want to be able to make it move down more. atm you load it up and it makes it look like a saggy butt on screen lol. Had similar things happen with other images I have made, the characters head can be cut off in odd places and there is no way to choose how its aligned.

The image used for your large leader art must be 1920 (w) by 1080 (h), with the game expecting the interesting part of your image to occupy the lower center of this grid.

So let's say X is interesting, O is transparent.  In a 1920/1080 picture your leader should occupy this space, more or less (assuming it isn't a floating race!):

If your head gets cut off, perhaps your source picture is not 1920 x 1080 and the engine cuts it off?

Or your picture was larger (and looked normal) but rather than resize it to be 1920 x 1080 you changed the canvas size to be 1920 x 1080 and as a result only were left with a cropped section of your original image?

When your source image looks nice in a 1920 x 1080 frame, it will look nice in game too.

Dunno what else to suggest based on the info you've given.

And as for the source art, I have changed it from what it was, but here is the link the the folder with the image,

Also just so you know, it is already 1920x1080. its just due to the bugs head/main focus being really in the lower area rather then the center.

I already know how to use photo-shop and I can easily change the position of it to make it look fine in the Report and start screen. but that its not really want I want it to look elsewhere as it looks like its floating or two small.

I was hoping to be able to use some Mod code or something to change the alignment or make it choose a different image for the other screens.. but I guess that isn't possible, maybe ill just have to change it around and try to live with it. Due to the nature of the image I might not be able to both have my cake and eat it to.
