2nd draft now up. This one includes Terran specific techs before being able to build. Also reduced the icons to 64x64.

Would love to have feedback on the mod overall and balance suggestions.

Starfleet Academy

Increases culture, resistance, tourism, and diplomacy. Also improves logistics.

Curious if anyone tried the mod and what you thought? I was trying to create a new hull, but ran into a dead end so I will get back to this one aoon.

Looks good. I would say the Build picture should have a different Hue, so that it is easily seen on the map that it is being built or in the que and not already built. Also the Icon Image only need be 64 x 64.

Thanks In-Stasis. I played around with the build icon in Photoshop today and will upload the new icons with the techs soon.
