[Suggestion] Tech trading tooltips

When another player offers a tech trade (or requests a gift), it would be nice if you could hover over the name of the tech(s) and get a tooltip with relevant information about it. The trade pop-up is modal, so there's no way in-game to find this information before deciding to (blindly) accept or decline.

 

I'm not referring to the actual trade screen, which offers plenty of information, but rather this:

I wish we had the ability to say:

 

" no your trade sucks but how about this new trade of xyz"

On that note. I wish we had an ability to say "Stop asking me for shit and make me a trade instead" to those beggars and of course "Stop threatening me or I will glass your planets".

How come the  AI can tell me they don't like starbase xyz, but we can't do the same?

 

I also would like the "stop attacking my minor race friend or I'll glass you"
