Monitor resolution missmatch

When I attempt to apply a video screensaver to my left monitor and my center main monitor, it displays this.  You can see how the 2 videos for the 2 monitors dont match their respective sizes.  The left video overlaps the right one.  I think the cause may be that DeskScapes got my 2 monitors confused.  They have different resolutions and it seems to put the lower resolution video on my higher resolution monitor and the higher resolution video on my lower resolution monitor, causing the higher resolution video to overlap onto my higher resolution monitor from my lower resolution monitor.  I think the problem is that it just doesn't know which monitor is which.

Details:
- running windows 10 (doubtful, but could be the issue)
- running a video wallpaper as well
