I'd flag this as spam if you weren't such an upstanding member of the community.

VPN's are VERY important in the age of internet surveillance and snooping.  Cheers if this is a good deal, can't say I've felt the need to price out a VPN, but then again I'm fairly boring in an ostensibly hospitable country for boring people.

I duckducked "VPNs rated" and got some good comparisons.

At $39 for a lifetime license (100 years - longer than I have left by a factor of 4-5, most likely  ) and use on up to 5 devices, the VPN Unlimited offer was more than good enough to spring for.  I'll post again once I've had a chance to take it for a spin away from home, probably not until June.

Oh, I see, just another WC screw-up. This thread was showing as unread in my list, even though nobody had commented in it since May. This is happening a lot lately. 

Necrospam, you caught it after it was deleted but before the thread sank back into the depths.

Technically the spam isn't 'necro'...just the thread...;)

We do our best to 'necro' the spammers too ....all the same...;)

But this seems to happen a lot kyro. For instance, another thread that has not had a post since April 2015 is this one: https://forums.wincustomize.com/463148/page/1/#3535292 , and it is back on the front page as unread too.

As long as this thread is revived, I said I'd post again after using VPN Unlimited.  Seems to work as intended and seamlessly, provided you connect manually.  If you choose an automatic connection to a server, it can be a problem to get it to stop trying to connect when that server is not available for some reason & you can't get to the web until you get it to quit.

Of course, there's the whole question of whether you're really accomplishing anything by using one, but I intend to keep using it when I'm away from home or the office.

If you're doing anything financial/personal info related, that would be wise.

Yes, it happens quite a bit...but mostly people will not see it/them as we're pretty quick.

The only issue is that once an old thread is revived....and it is dealt with [spammer removed....and comment] it takes a while for the 'cache'/database to catch up and for the thread to return to its correct timeline.

Well all the things are good when it comes to ibvpn but sometimes it loses the connection as well you can do a tweet and get a ibvpn for year
