NO Sales Support !?

Hi Guys,

 

i've been requesting a quote to upgrade my license from 60 to 100 users for the past several weeks but not one has had the decency to even get back to me !!

 

I'm unable to deploy new computers as users have never been trained to use the Windows 8 metro interface. Please refer to ticket [#WDJ-366-37197] immediately and get back to me.

 

I'm almost on the brink of un-installing all the Stardock software from my network and installing the Free classicshell instead ! This is NOT good customer service !

I can only apologise for the lack of response to your ticket.  I have looked and I can see your requests so I am unsure why support or sales have not replied despite replying to previous comments on the ticket.

I have raised this internally so I hope you will get a response later today.

Again sorry about this, somehow it has fallen through the cracks.
