[.95] Message spams

For about 80 turns now I'm getting spams by the same 3 minor factions for the same 2 requests. And a comment Every other turn at least, if not every single turn.

"We like your Ideology" is spammed by at least 1 minor race every single turn. (Do I really need to know that they still like my Ideology every turn?)

"Give us money" requests happens at least every 2-3 turns by the same 2-3 minor factions, and I have given them at least 5,000 credits so far in the last 80 turns, yet they keep spamming that request.(They must be dating my girlfriend)

Like-wise other major races if I decline a trade from them they'll tend to spam request me 4-5 more times the next turns for the same request.

Did you start a new game after the latest patches? If not, might be your problem.

The thing that bugs me is the constant whining by the AI about borders. We all know the AI pays no attention to borders, yet they harp at you about them, even when there is an open borders treaty.

It also pisses me off that they can demand removal of a star base, and I can't make the same demand of them

This problem was before the patch or patches, and is still present with the patches.

It's not like you can do much about it either right? "like omg! you're borders are like, way too close bro, I hate you" They remind me of a kid brother or sister with a room right next to yours who always get pissy when you walk by... It's not like you have much of a choice you know?
