The AI, does it see all?

Watching the AI through many games, stopped early as well as finished, the AI seems to know exactly where habitable planets are as well as resources. But without having scouted for them. Anyone else notice this? Dev's is the AI set up that way?

Yes, it does "see all" and no, its a bug.

It's a bug.

Short version: Each player has their own FOW. However, to shave down on memory use on large maps we've had to implement it differently. However, this has resulted in some shared vision that we didn't intend.
