Just bought OD, no software to download

I need help, I have put in two tickets already, but no answers so far.  I just bought OD, and while I got the receipt for the order, I do not see the order online, and OD Manager sees no software to download, none listed online either.  Is there something I can do to refresh my OD subscription?

It appears you had two customer records under the same email. I've merged them together and you should be all set. I'd like you to log out of ODM and back into it.

I've responded to your tickets with the same request.

I was a former membr, dropped my subscription, but you made me an offer to return that I could not refuse.  Sorry about the duplicate account.  I assume it will work on WinCustomize. I will find out soon.
