Deskscapes is " Animated Walls " .. so if you click on Deskscapes you will get animated walls .
If you want any of the wallpapers you have or downloaded ,
just right click on any one of them and choose " set as Desktop Background "
and it will replace Desksacpes if it's running as your desktop wallpaper ..
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
So just right click on any Jpeg image and choose " set as desktop background " and that will be your desktop image ..
######### Now if you want to run deskscapes animated walls , you can always just right-click on your desktop and
click on pause deskscapes and you will have a still image , if you want it to run animated again right-click on your
desktop again and click on resume deskscapes ..
Put your images in a folder i call mine walls and it is in my pictures folder then point deskscapes to that folder and they will show up
Click the settings icon the middle of the three to get the settings window open.
You click the sdd button so you can browse for the folder to select it.

removed this one , posted a 2nd while I was adding bits to this one via edits ...
Good post Rick , I think adding a folder of Jpeg Images to deskscapes and then clicking on one of them
using Deskscapes is what she actually wanted to know how to do ...
Thank you so much
I used Ricks suggestion so all my pictures are in Deskscapes but if click on "apply to my desktop" I just get a black screen. But at least I can see all my great pictures so if I right click on one of them and say open folder I can then follow azdudes advise and its there but I really like the idea of clicking pause on the animated ones as they are beautiful but sometimes I get seasick
So I take it that it's no problem for the computer to leave it on pause for great lengths of time?
Thanks for fast and great responses
I get that sometimes seems to depend on what dream had been running a restart sorts it out and then it runs fine, mainly I am using wallpapers so I use deskscapes all the time to change from one wallpaper to another.
I would try , checking you have latest version, and set it to one of Stardocks dreams before changing to your wallpaper and it should work perfectly.
Sometimes when I get it going wrong it can be because I used another program to set the wallpaper and then I just hit reset and works ok once back up and running so you could try that as well as above, if still having problems.
Should of said this first but not how I do it put your walls in the Stardock Public photos folder.
