Termination Notice bug?

I get Early temination notices despite conditions of the game?

During a campaign game I get a Termination Notice. The thing is my debts are low, my share price was high and i had positive growth over the competitors and - I owned all my own stock?

How does the termination notice work? in that no matter what happens I always lose the game despite strong economic growth being applied?

Even if you own all your stock you can be bought out by a competitor with enough cash, they just have to pay a premium on top of the valuation of your share price.

Yeah i just noticed..

So basically the AI eventually turns on you into a stock race game. I noticed that all competitors reach a bliss peak point and then it's down to the first to buyout wins?

Which is somewhat shallow ending really..

There's a good chance you lost in the campaign game because the colony dropped to a population of zero. In that case, everyone loses (although our UI is not communicating that at all right now...)
