Desktop Window Manager

When starting up my computer today I cannot seem to use Deskscapes any more. It gives me the error seen in this picture:

I've obviously tried the YES button. I've uninstalled and re installed Deskscapes. Any suggestions?

Start menu>Services>Desktop Manager> Start service, or if stopped working - restart service.
