Order History Blank?

Ordered Offworld Trading Company/Galactic Civ III

from Stardock Forums

To whom it may concern, 

 

In the Fall of 2014, I bought Galactic Civilization III Beta and Offworld Trading Company Founder Edition on sale at 50% off for a total of $40 through the Stardock Store. 

 

I registered Galactic Civilization III on Steam which has worked.  But, I do not have an Offworld Trading Company Founder Edition key.  My order history on Stardock is blank.  I am concerned.  Why does it not show that I purchased either? Will I receive my key when Offworld Trading Company comes out on Early Access on Steam next week?

 

I appreciate any help.  Thank you for your time.

OTC keys for early access have not been released yet. You will be charged and granted the key when early access begins.

GC3 should appear there with your Steam key if you bought it from us directly. Make sure you are logged in with the same account, and if so, contact [email protected] for help.

Thank you.  I will let you guys know if I have not received the key. 

 

I had received the GC3 Key in November 2014 when I purchased both OTC and GC3.  I registered GC3 to Steam successfully but my order history says neither have been purchased.  I only use one email.  I will be sure to contact the sales support.
