Cannot access Sins: Trinity. "Activation code used by another account" --- > Game purchased on Steam

I bought Trinity on Steam. My purchase info is verifiable and registered in Steam. However, every time I use the steam code, Stardock tells me that the code is already associated with another account. 

This is completely unacceptable. I demand a refund or at least a workaround to be able to access my game.

It sounds like you've already registered your game to another email address. If you'd like to try activating the game with previous email addresses, please do so. Otherwise please contact us here: https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit - Where we will ask for your serial key to look-up the account your game is registered to.
