Part II: Advent doctrine

Scouts: use to scout the enemy

Disciples- the backbone of any early-mid game fleet. Often games are decided on who can macro and micro their discs the best.

Illums: Absolutely decimates any frigate fleet, including vettes. Combine with malice to increase damage exponentially. Be warned though, in small numbers they are easily countered. Not to mention very expensive

Defense vessels- Use to counter strikecraft and non-illum LRMs.

Vettes- Use to counter titans, bombers, and small groups of illums

Aeria Light carrier- the best carrier besides fully upgraded late game vasari ones. Very effective counter to vasari starbase pushes and vette mass swarms. Also one of the few counters to illums.

Destra- weakest heavy cruiser. Dont build too many, invest in illums and aerias and vettes instead

Guardian- the trump card of the advent. Shield project is an absolute necessity to any advent fleet, considering it boosts their shield by 33.3%. But the real ace lies with Repulsion. A deceptively weak ability, it is in fact one of the most game changing events in the game. All units besides LRMs, strikecraft, and titans are made useless by this ability, as they bounce in futility off the guardian's repulse field. Use in excess.

Dominia- dont build lest you be called a noob

Starfish- dont build, aerias are better

Radiance- A damage tank and mana burner early in the game, it later transitions into a fleet killer with Cleansing Brillance

Halycon- A cap ship version of aerias

Prognetor- the core of your fleet. Malice is an indispensable part of your arsenal, as it allows for a damage ping pong effect on the enemy fleet. Shield restore can be used to counter AOE abilities. Resurrection revives any dead cap ship levels at no cost.

The other ships are mostly trash besides the discord, which is hard to use, and the revelation, a one trick pony.

Coronota- A trash titan that is nevertheless touted by the "serious" people as overpowered. Use when you want to lose the game.

Eradica- A death dealer that demolishes anything besides HCs and strikecraft. Its health is a bit low though, so bring along guardians as support.

Will make a vasari doctrine real soon, so stay tuned!!

New name, old game Sinkillr.

Most of this I agree with. Well, sometimes a troll has to give up something wise. Bit like a broken analog clock though.

It seems like this post is a pretty good sum-up of more advanced strategy, except for these tidbits:

Radiance- A damage tank and mana burner early in the game, it later transitions into a fleet killer with Cleansing Brillance

Wasn't Cleansing Brilliance nerfed approximately a million years ago? Also, the Radiance is not very effective as a tank. The main value to a Radiance as far as I know is that it drains enemy antimatter and disables, making it an effective tool to cripple dangerous ability-driven ships like most Titans and popular cap ships.

Coronota- A trash titan that is nevertheless touted by the "serious" people as overpowered. Use when you want to lose the game.

Does anyone want to elaborate on this? It seems like the Coronata makes a decent tank and has reasonable single-target damage. Why do people prefer it over the Eradica, which has more effective tanking abilities and way more damage dealing potential?

Also, Halcyons have Telekinetic Push, which can be helpful to gain air superiority earlier.

Guys, come on...don't you know his game by now?

Most of the post is legit on purpose....that way you start a "constructive debate" over the 10% that's utter nonsense...then the OP will be edited, and he'll do everything he can to make you look like a dumb ass who was dropped on his head as a child...

Is Goafan so petty as to are imaginary smears against someone because he/she threatens their karma? So sad, and it confirms what we have known for a long time: Goafan is a fraud.

Do you even mod Sinkillr?

He probably has a "flak" mod that he uses for making those "replays" where flak "wins"...

This post seems to be a bad nub-tips "container" rather than a troll :)

And yes, whoever says that Coronata is trash will be found dead and unidentifiable by tomorrow.
