Hyper Velocity Acid Cannons, or regular HVC's are a must have in every si-fi universe. They are my favorite future space weapons and would love to see it as a improvement.

It would be really cool to see the long barrel of a HVC on a planet and give a really sick bonus like -10 hp to enemy ships or +20% for planetary defense or -x% to a enemies invasion method.

Even more awesome of a idea is a improvement that takes part in orbital combat. Like the HVC could do damage per round like a ship.

How about metal eating virus added to a torpedo.

Ofcourse one would have to have the needed research in biology manipulation.

the HVAC was a special weapon I dreamed of.

But a HVMC could shoot a ungodly amount of missiles into space before inevitably over heating...for a combat round. ;)

HVPC p is for particle. Would be the beam version.

I imagine every HVC to shoot so fast it looks a beautiful ribbon of light is being streamed into space and thunder and lightning streak across the sky above from the disruption it causes.

I actually love this and hope dearly someone from stardock takes pity on me and makes this a reality.

You couldn't have a metal eating virus.  A virus is an inert package of rna or dna outside of a host it has to hijack the replication mechanism of a living cell to reproduce.  Metal is not made of living cells the virus can take over.

You could though possibly imagine a metal eating bacteria or nanobot.

DARCA you could probably mod it in yourself workout to much trouble. Sounds a bit silly impractical and absurd, but there's nothing wrong with absurd once in a while.

Remember that while other alien species may offer HVAC services. Only Satoru's Terran HVAC systems are installed by certified technicians

Don't trust your HVAC install to just any installer. Call a company you can trust!

Well having vowel helps with pronouncing the word but HVC is a more proper general definition.

Again if no one is taking this seriously I'll sell it to the Yor, they pay top dollar...although their currency isn't valued by anyone. :)

But I believe apart from the controversial name of the improvement, the application is compatible with galciv3s theme. And its cool and exotic to have a improvement actually weighing in on combat apart from a mere bonus.
