Probably Goa then Zombie.  After that I'm less sure because you start hitting people like Harpo, Ryat, and myself where there's more specialization.  Which person is more knowledgeable: the one with four undergraduate degrees or 2 doctorates?  Breadth vs Depth and all that.

I'd say Goa or psychoak. Goa has knowledge of virtually all aspects of Sins, while psy's buff coding skills are legendary. Notable mention goes out to Zombie, who like Goa knows tons about Sins, and he also models.
