Starbase mobilization not in research tree for Orkulus Starbase

Hi All,

Just started paying Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion again and have decided to give vasari rebels a go.

However I can not find the Teir 8 Star Base Mobilisation in the defense tech tree. Has this been taken out or moved?

I have re-installed the game wondering if it was a glitch, but no change. Also I have not played this faction before so I have not used it before either so I am unsure what I am actually looking for.

I think they moved it to the Civic tree in patch 1.50 or something.

IIRC they moved it to the Civic tree now. It also only lets you jump between planets you have phase nodes at, because people were abusing the heck out of it in multiplayer.
