I'm tired of all the issues I keep having with it. I'll just use Win8.1.1 built in app stuff.
Did the same. Unfortunately it seems ModernMix has gotten worse as time goes by. I installed the latest version a few days ago to see how it worked, and every time I launched a full screen app from the Windows 8 Start screen, I got sent to the Desktop and the app never launched. Finally removed ModernMix and everything is working fine.
Too bad, it was a handy utility a few months ago.
If you are having problems please contact support as that is not normal.
We have made no changes to ModernMix recently so nothing should have changed for you.
