I cant access the foundry despite purchase

Followed the lovely links. Added foundry (20.00). Order payment through paypal. All is well.

 

No foundry access.

 

Created help/ticket - got bottled response. Still no help.

 

Can someone explain how foundry access works? do I need to do something after just purchasing the 20.00 foundry permission? Is it not supposed to just allow me access at this point?

Same for me. Purchased a couple days ago. Also submitted a ticket. Initial response was that my account was showing as having access to galciv3 founder's. I replied that I was asking about the E2015 vault not the galciv one. (which was extremely clear in my ticket, so i'm guessing they didn't even read it) Waiting on a reply now.

Got a reply. Said that it's not open yet. I'm not going to go back and forth with this guy anymore.

 

Edit: Couldn't resist. Replied with a link to Frogboy's post saying vault is live.

Did exactly the same thing. How the hell is it not open when the Dev has been saying updates are being posted AND people have been actively discussing the content? What a load of BS - the lack of communication between these parties is sad.

Stardock, could you answer please?  I am considering buying the founder's edition if it is still available.

Just chirping in, I bought it soon after it was unveiled and I can access e2015.stardock.com without any problems.

There was some initial confusion about what was available and when on the support side. There was also a server glitch that failed to allow access for some.  We apologize for the frustration caused as a result of each.

All who did not have access that paid (and placed tickets or posted here), now do.  Your tickets have been replied to with links to the vault.

If any others have purchased, but do not have access, please email [email protected]
